Position Overview:
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Medina, NY.
Schedule:
- Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
You will work alongside one other FNP and collaborate with MD/DO in a team-based approach to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct History of Present Illness (HPI) assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with New York State laws and guidelines.
- Perform minor surgical procedures.
- Generate referrals for specialized care when needed.
- Provide guidance and support to the Care Team in clinical decision-making.
