Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000+
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

Responsibilities
- Flexible Scheduling: 5-Day or 4-Day Work Week Options Available
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adults in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nurses, and psychologists
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on holistic, patient-centered care
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (EPIC preferred)
Requirements
- Clear and Active PMHNP License in the State of Missouri
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Specialization
- Experience in outpatient or integrated care settings preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
