- Join a collegial team of 8 physicians, 10 APPs, and 10 audiologists - Includes fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT specialists - Clinical Scope:
- 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient care - Interest in Otology preferred but not mandatory - Call Schedule:
- Weekday call for own patients - Weekend call 1:10 - ER call 1:14 - Patient Base:

Qualifications- Board Eligible/Board Certified in General ENT
- Medical License (MD/DO) in the State of Michigan
- DEA Registration in Michigan upon hire
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days of hire (AHA or ARC accepted) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if required by specialty Essential Functions- Provide quality medical services to patients in a cost-effective and appropriate manner
- Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients/significant others
- Offer input on policies and procedures related to medical practice and quality patient care
- Oversee Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other delegated service providers
- Document care consistent with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in ongoing process improvement and clinical pathway development
