This locum tenens position seeks a board-certified Family Practice or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver geriatric and primary care services in patients' homes and skilled nursing facilities across the San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster. The role requires a California state license and a minimum of two years clinical experience in primary care and/or geriatrics, with preference for home health travel experience. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, three-month contract with potential extension.
