General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service & high-volume restaurant - +6M in sales
- Proven success managing FOH and BOH operations, including scheduling and team development
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction, pace, and service flow
- Experience with cost control, inventory, labor management, and P&L responsibilities
- Ability to lead from the floor and keep energy high during peak hours
- Skilled in team coaching, problem-solving, and creating a positive work culture
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in Latin-inspired or high-flavor, fast-paced dining concepts
- Ability to plan local events, manage private parties, and support community involvement
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
