Base Salary: $665,000 (guaranteed 2-3 years)
RVU Bonus: $93.36 per RVU after 7,000
Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
Relocation: $10,000
Training Stipend: $1,000/month
PTO: 4 weeks + CME week ($4,500 + $1,000)
Retirement: 403(b) + 457

Schedule & Practice Structure

Flexible 4-5 day workweek
Patients per day is based on your preference
Outpatient-focused with inpatient consults
APPs take 1st call
13 exam rooms 15 infusion chairs
