Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a fine-dining independent restaurant
- Proven experience managing operations with annual sales revenue of $7M or more
- Willingness to be a hands-on manager for every shift

- Experience working in the French Quarter is helpful but not required
