Annual Salary: $100k $180k (varies depending on years of experience)
A growing multidisciplinary practice is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. This role focuses on evaluating and managing patients with spine and brain conditions both surgical and non-surgical as well as chronic pain, primarily in an outpatient setting.
The provider will collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, and pain management specialists. This is an excellent opportunity to grow clinically in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and participate in hospital rounds and consults
- Optional first-assist in the OR
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- NP or PA with at least 2 years of experience in pain management or surgery preferred
- Board certified and licensed in New Jersey
- ACLS, BLS, and active DEA license required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team-based setting
