Join a 40-year, 13-physician group with a new practice-owned ASC and strong ancillary revenue. Physical Medicine & Rehab physician, permanent ambulatory role near Nashville, TN (≈1 hour). Full-time schedule, 100% outpatient; 60–90 day patient backlog; 2-year partnership track; Athena EMR. - Valid MD/DO with PM&R board eligibility/certification
- EMG proficiency and experience performing epidural, facet, SI, and nerve block injections
- Comfortable seeing 25+ patients/day
- Ability to work with mid-levels and in multidisciplinary ortho/neurosurgery practice
- Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure

- Required Skills: EMG Reads, Epidural, Facet Joint, Sacroiliac Joint, & Nerve Block Injections
- 25+ Patients Per Day
