What You’ll Do

Provide bread-and-butter oral surgery, including extractions, third molars, and implants.
Perform in-office anesthesia and sedation as the provider.
Rotate across three established locations with a consistent home base 2–3 days per week.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring general dentists.
Work closely with a skilled, experienced clinical and support team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $425,000
Total compensation: Typically $425,000–$600,000+ annually with production incentives.
Compensation structure: Base salary plus production-based incentive
Ownership opportunity: Clear 1.5–2 year pathway to buy-in
Sign-on bonus and relocation support
