American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time day shift position at a 45-bed skilled nursing facility, with an active state license required if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Work in a skilled nursing facility with 45 beds
- Day shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; schedule is flexible
- Focuses on rehabilitation therapy
- 13-week assignment
- Responsible for completing all admission evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge documentation
- Facility is described as family friendly
- No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified
- Local candidates will be considered

- Active state Physical Therapist license required if applicable
