Responsibilities - Body Shop Estimator:
- Examines damaged vehicles and estimates the repair costs, identifying and documenting the necessary body repair work for the customer, being sensitive to the difficulty of the situation.
- Works with insurance agencies to manage the claims of our customers, as well as keep customers informed and frequently updated.
- Schedules appointments with customers
- Works with customers and Body Shop Technicians to identify required repair work
- Offers additional services and repairs to customers
- Computes the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer
- Dispatches and maintains an organized workload
- Enters itemized estimate on the repair order and explains estimate to the customer
- Keeps customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above designated standards
- Meets dealership’s standards for repair/order production
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Estimator:
- Experience is required
- Computer proficiency with CCCONE experience preferred
- Positive work history
- Must have strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
