Job Summary & Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Radiologist to join a leading imaging team based in Lexington, KY. This position offers the flexibility to work onsite or remotely, with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule (Eastern Time).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a diverse case mix and demonstrate confidence in reading ER and inpatient studies, including stroke-related imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret a wide range of imaging studies, including a 50/50 mix of cross-sectional imaging and plain films
Read ER and inpatient cases with efficiency and accuracy
Provide timely, precise diagnostic interpretations (approx. 70-80 RVUs per shift)
Demonstrate expertise in stroke-related exams
Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to support patient care
Participate in optional internal moonlighting opportunities for additional compensation
Work flexible shift options (standard Monday-Friday, with 13 weekends annually for full-time radiologists; outpatient or hospital-based weekend work available)
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Radiology
Unrestricted Kentucky medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in cross-sectional and plain-film imaging
Comfortable reading ER, inpatient, and stroke-related studies
Candidates with multiple state licenses (5-7 preferred) are encouraged; licensing and credentialing assistance provided

Competitive Compensation: $400,000 - $1,000,000+ (based on experience and workload)
Sign-on Bonus: $25,000
Relocation Assistance: $10,000
Annual Retirement Contribution: $15,000 (in addition to base salary)
