Per diem Registered Nurse for a rehabilitation hospital providing independent nursing care across the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) for patients and families, including medication administration, monitoring, documentation, education, and delegation. Requires RN licensure (or compact), BLS certification, and preferably a BSN with at least one year of related experience; night shift (7PM–7AM) on an as-needed basis. Emphasizes competency in leadership levels within the organization and managing complex clinical, psychological, cultural, and social patient needs.
