- Active state medical license for OH (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Experience with general ENT surgical procedures and endoscopy
- Pediatric and adult ENT experience required

Some locum assignments can be as short as a day, others, years. Some are far from home, others are local. General ENT surgical procedures including endoscopic

~80% office visits, 20% hospital procedures
