Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a night shift contract, requiring a NYS Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine License with injection certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a tertiary care hospital MRI unit
• Night shifts, Friday to Monday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No on-call required
• Patient cases include a range of MRI imaging studies
• Epic charting system used; prior experience with Epic preferred
• Scrub attire must be a combination of navy and white
• Holidays must be worked if they fall on a scheduled day
• Maximum of 3 called-off shifts per 13 week assignment
• Not accepting local candidates within a 75-mile radius

Requirements

• Current NYS Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine License with injection certification required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year recent MRI experience, 2+ years preferred
• Previous experience working with Epic EMR preferred
• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
