Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program as required by state licensure.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience delivering care in a home health setting is preferred.
- Ability to complete documentation and use electronic medical record systems commonly used in home health.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient home visits.
- Client requires professional certification. Minimum education requirement: Associate degree.
