Shift Times:

• Varying schedule Monday–Thursday between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Fridays between 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Includes two later/closing shifts and three early shifts each week

About the Role
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Poughkeepsie, New York. This position is split between two outpatient locations on a set schedule, serving a diverse caseload with a preference for neuro and orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient clients

• Provide therapeutic interventions for neuro and orthopedic conditions (preferred)

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

• Rotate between two designated clinic locations per provided schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active NY Physical Therapy License

• 2+ years of PT experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient PT experience with neuro and orthopedic patient populations
