Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving Family Medicine Residency Program in Jackson, California as Core Faculty.

Position Highlights:

  • Flexible 0.8–1.0 FTE structure

  • 0.5–0.7 FTE Faculty/Teaching

  • 0.3–0.5 FTE Clinical (negotiable)

  • Core faculty rate: $171/hour (up to 0.7 FTE)

  • Collaborative work with faculty in Sacramento and Davis

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Active clinical practice with ability to supervise and evaluate residents

  • Experience with ACGME competency-based assessments

  • Participation in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and program improvement

  • Qualified and credentialed to provide direct patient care and resident supervision
