Salary Range : 130k-230k, Plus Outstanding Benefits! This is a M-F position, with no weekends or on call. The client will train the right candidate and need someone who can start asap.
Job Objective:
Provides direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner.
Serves as a clinical expert through patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consultation, while maintaining program excellence and professional growth.
Responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating patient care, delivering ongoing treatment while fostering a strong patient-provider relationship.
Committed to cost-effective care management, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient experiences through continuous process improvement.
Provides direct patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Preferred: Experience as a NP providing care in an acute or ambulatory setting in assigned area of specialty
Education:
Required: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited school of nursing
Licensure/Certification:
Required:
Active and unrestricted CA licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Nurse Practitioner Furnishing (NPF)
License number from the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Current board certification as NP by a nationally accredited organization
DEA certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V)
Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from AHA if assigned to Emergency Department
