The Opportunity

Adelanto Community Health Center – Adelanto, California

Ontario Health Center – Ontario, California

San Bernardino Health Center – San Bernardino, California

Hesperia Health Center – Hesperia, California

• Hesperia Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center.
• Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and MediCal case worker.
• Facility hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
• Good mix of patients with peds on staff.
• 15-18 patients per day per provider.
• Point of Care testing with minimal labs (mostly STD).
