Medical Director opportunity in Bellingham, WAGreat opportunity to lead a team of 25 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs) in Bellingham, WA. Work alongside associate medical directors, clinical performance nurses, program manager & coordinator.Position Highlights:Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical careOur hospital has a closed ICU during the day with 24/7 intensivist support, and we dont require procedures or codes.Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadershipThis role offers a balanced blend of clinical responsibilities and dedicated administrative time to support both patient care and leadership or program development efforts.Qualifications:Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians welcome to apply.Minimum of 2 years formal hospital-based leadership experience required.Rewards and Benefits:Competitive yearly salary over $385K plus incentivesComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401k with matching contributions.Paid malpractice insurance.Annual CME allowance?
