Solo-practice Otolaryngology (ENT) physician role at a critical access rural hospital offering no call, steady clinic and OR volume, and part-time flexibility. Supported by a full-time PA and onsite audiologist with monthly outreach from another ENT; complex cases referred to a regional hub. Compensation includes a $575K–$625K base (regional differential possible), signing bonus, benefits, relocation help, and PTO.

Practice Overview
- You'll be the sole ENT at a community-based facility with a long-standing need
- Supported by a full-time PA (who also covers Allergy) and onsite Audiologist
- ENT outreach from another physician occurs monthly
- General ENT focus only; complex cases referred to a larger hub 2 hours north
Schedule
- Primarily clinic-based with dedicated OR block time
- Current volumes average 15-18 patients per day
- No trauma responsibilities; preference for physicians to take consult phone calls from ER ( maybe once a month)
- Flexible options available for part-time or gradual ramp-up
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary between $575K-$625K, with potential for regional pay differential up to $600K
- Signing bonus between $25K-$50K based on candidate experience
- Full benefits package including retirement, CME, and malpractice

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Ideal for mid-career physicians with 10 years of practice ahead
