We are hiring a full-time hospitalist and nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- H1B eligible; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered.
Practice in the Heart of the CommunityFlexible Scheduling:
- Day-time hospitalist 7 AM 7 PM.
- Nocturnist 7 PM 7 AM.
- Part-time position available 7+ shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.
- Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift.

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation: Yearly full-time compensation is $268k- $346k, depending on the schedule worked.
- Full-time, average of 15 shifts per month with opportunities to moonlight.
- Part-time daily compensation is $1700-$1900 per shift, dependent on the shift worked.
