The Urology Physician provides outpatient and inpatient care primarily for adult and geriatric patients in a hospital-based clinic setting. This full-time clinical role includes on-call duties, managing up to 20 patients daily, and working with ancillary staff using advanced medical equipment and EMR systems. The position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and requires residence within 40 miles or willingness to relocate to Ashtabula, Ohio.

Clinical Role:
- Full-time negotiable schedule
- Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
- On call 10 days per month
- 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
- 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
- 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
- 2 Current Urologists in the Group
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
- Equipment: PVR Scanner
- EMR - EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Not accepting Locums submissions

Organization:
- Salary range: $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- $5000 CME credit
