An exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality group setting the standard in Global Cuisine – with a Local Flavor. The Culinary Director will collaborate with the VP of Culinary and Executive Chef to develop menus that balance creativity, cost control, and consistency across a multi-unit portfolio of 6+ restaurants. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a proven culinary leader passionate about food innovation, mentorship, and operational excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Culinary Director role
- Minimum 5 years in an Executive Chef role
- Multi-unit experience managing 6 or more locations preferred
- Proven ability to oversee $30M+ in annual volume operations
- Strong financial acumen—able to balance food quality with target cost of goods goals
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability for results
Must Haves
- Lead menu development and R&D efforts with at least 6 months of strategic lead time for new rollouts
- Collaborate with leadership on menu strategy, innovation, and seasonal offerings
- Train and mentor chefs on execution, consistency, and operational standards
- Oversee food quality, kitchen performance, and compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Represent the brand as an ambassador of culinary excellence, embodying company values across all levels
