Details:

• Begins upon successful credentialing (4-6 weeks - Temps Possible)
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Monday-Friday (7a-3p, 7a -5p, 7a-7p & 24's)
• No Call or OT (unless desired)
• 9 ORs in the Hospital and 2 surgery center rooms off site
• Cases - B&B, OB, Ortho, Neuro/Head, Peds)
• Supervision 1:4
• EMR: EPIC
