Job Summary:
- Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week (nights)
- Shifts: Weekdays and some weekends, up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week period (Friday/Saturday for nightshift)
- Holiday Requirement: Rotating holidays
- On-Call: No call required
- Floating: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity (no more than one rotation every 4 weeks)
- Patient Ratio: Estimated 1:1 to 1:2
- Experience Required:
- 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience (preferred)
- Previous travel experience (preferred)
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
- Skills Required:
- IV start
- Telemetry
- Ventilator management
- Swan-Ganz catheter (SWANZ)
- Conscious sedation
- Balloon pumps
- Pulmonary artery (PA) lines
- EMR: EPIC experience required
