• Provide outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients

• Average 14 patient visits/day in a supportive, team-based clinic

• Participate in 1:11 phone-only call rotation no in-person after-hours coverage

• Engage in quality initiatives, care coordination, and minimal admin

• Help shape the future of the practice through succession planning efforts

• Guaranteed base salary: $230,000

• Up to $20,000 annually in quality incentives
