Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a current NC or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift position with 12-hour shifts from 6:45AM to 7:15PM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Must submit complete application, skills checklist, references, and certification copies
• Applicant must be eligible to work in the United States (no Canadian SSNs accepted)
• Labor & Delivery nurses are expected to manage both low and high-risk deliveries and provide care for mothers and newborns

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past year
• Submission of valid US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
