- Submission of work history and a current skills checklist relevant to Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
