Class A CDL Driver - OTR
West Valley City, UT - $30.00 per hour + OT
Are you an experienced CDL driver looking for a consistent OTR run with excellent pay? We are currently seeking a professional CDL driver for a dedicated position operating out of West Valley City. This is a high-demand role for a CDL driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the stability of set routes.
In this role, the CDL driver will be responsible for transporting camper components. If you are a CDL driver who takes pride in safe operations and is looking for a long-term home, we want to talk to you.
Compensation & Hours
- Hourly Rate: $30.00/hour
- Weekly Hours: 50 to 55 hours per week
- Overtime: Includes about 10 to 15 hours of overtime weekly at $45.00/hour
- Per Diem: $50.00 per night for each night you sleep in the truck
Schedule & Route Details
- Shift Start: 8:00 a.m. (12-hour shifts)
- OTR Schedule: 4 to 6 days out at a time (Monday–Friday or Monday–Saturday)
- Service Areas: Set routes to Idaho, Central California, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington
- Daily Stops: 5 to 15 stops per day
- Freight: Must be able to touch freight as part of the delivery process.
- Equipment: Must be a CDL driver capable of operating a Manual Transmission and comfortable utilizing a sleeper cab.
Hiring Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12 months verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years (or 24 months in last 5 years).
- License: Valid Class A CDL driver license and current DOT Medical Card.
- MVR: Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and accident history.
- Work History: Stable 10-year employment history with verifiable references.
Additional Qualifications
- Must be a CDL driver who is proficient in operating a manual transmission (No "E" Restrictions).
- Flexibility to be OTR for 4 to 6 days at a time.
- Strong reliability and a commitment to safety.
