Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment
- Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during surgeries
- Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
- Adhere to compliance requirements and licensing standards
Required Qualifications
- DE or Compact RN license in hand
- RN license number and expiration date
- Active certifications with expiration dates
- Full Social Security Number, date of birth, and current address
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Ability to scrub and circulate in the OR (no exceptions)
- No more than 3 days of RTO requested
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in diverse surgical units
- Ability to adapt to float assignments within acuity areas
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
