This position is for a full-scope vascular surgeon providing both open and endovascular procedures at a tertiary care hospital near State College, Pennsylvania. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary Heart and Vascular Institute and offers a competitive salary with benefits in a community-oriented, family-friendly region. Job Description Providefull-scope vascular surgery including open and endovascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, AV fistula graphs, and extremity bypass surgery. The Vascular Surgery Practice is located on the hospital campus with easy access to the 12-operating room suite, interventional/endovascular procedure room, and 6-operating room ambulatory surgery center. Our vascular surgeons are part of Altoona's Heart and Vascular Institute which currently includes 1 vascular surgeon, 1 cardio-thoracic surgeon, and 5 cardiologists. This employed position offers a generous base salary plus work RVU bonus with an attractivephysician benefit package. About: Comprised of a tertiary care hospital, an employed physician practice, and a non-profit foundation.
