What Youll Do
Coordinate follow-up visits, new patient appointments, and in-office diagnostic studies
Answer patient calls, confirm upcoming visits, and assist with scheduling needs
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare charts for clinical staff
Support prior authorization requests and general administrative workflows
Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and front/back-office staff to keep the clinic running smoothly
Lend a hand with occasional clinical support tasks when needed

What Were Looking For
Experience in customer service or administrative support (medical office experience is a plus!)
A warm, professional communicator who enjoys interacting with patients
