Location: AdventHealth Ocala
Start Date: MUST BE ABLE TO START u pon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 6 months)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicatednocturnist to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. This is a nocturnist position with no day/swing shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.

Compensation & Schedule:

• 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $325,000+
  

• Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income

• RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:

• Admissions (10-14 on average)

• APP and residents work nightly to assist with admissions and floor calls

• No procedures or codes required
  

• Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
  

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
