Interviews: SAME DAY interviews | Expect a call from a (405) area code Facility: UnityPoint Health | EMR: EPIC | NBO: 16 hrs Role Expectations: Provide interdisciplinary patient care | Float within same discipline across local campuses Eligibility: Must have a taxable address >50 miles from the facility Pay Differentials: OT/Holiday 1.15× | Call Back 1.5× (2-hr minimum) | On-Call $9/hr | Charge/Precept $6/hr Billable OT: 36–40 hrs → OT after 40 | 48 hrs → OT after 48 Holidays (2025): Work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) | Max 1 day RTO between 11/26–11/30 and 12/23–1/2
