We are rapidly expanding in the Cabot and Little Rock areas, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and be part of something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills

• Collect and document session data using our electronic platform

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care

What You’ll Need

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)

• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Cabot and the surrounding rural areas

• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
