Urology Physician Permanent Placement We are seeking a highly qualified Urology Physician to join our team in a permanent capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a desire to advance their career within a reputable healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urinary and reproductive system conditions. Perform diagnostic procedures, endoscopic surgeries, and other urological interventions as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients on treatment options, preventive measures, and post-procedure care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications and Requirements: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology within three years of residency completion. Fellowship training in Female Urology strongly preferred. Current California Medical License or eligibility to obtain licensure. Ability to obtain California Fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification.
