Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Primary Care Registered Nurse for an outpatient primary care clinic in Plainville, Connecticut. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Support providers in a primary care clinic setting
Perform patient assessments, triage, and care coordination
Administer medications and immunizations as ordered
Provide patient education and follow-up care
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a Primary Care Clinic
Primary Care experience required
Active, clear Connecticut RN license or compact license
BLS certification required
