Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT MRI credential and BLS certification for a 13-week day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital imaging department specializing in MRI
- 8-hour day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call requirement
- Adult patient population
- Holiday coverage required for at least 1 major (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) during the assignment
- Returning permanent staff must have a 2-year break before working as a traveler
- RTO must be requested before offer; changes after offer are not permitted
- Badge photo submission required upon offer acceptance
- References will be needed during compliance processing
- Experience with hospital EMR systems should be documented in work history
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an MRI Technologist
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT MRI credential required
- License required if applicable
- No local candidates within 50 miles
