A dental practice in Houston, TX is urgently hiring a full-time Dentist to provide general and pediatric-focused dental care, ideally with 3–5 years' experience and Texas credentialing with Medicaid/CHIP plans. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating tooth pathology, performing pediatric procedures (SSC, fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis), documenting care, and communicating treatment plans to families. Compensation includes a salary around $260k/year with bonuses, signing and retention bonuses, PTO, and health insurance options.

We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving Dental practice full time in Houston TX. Join our amazing, successful, and growth- minded team! Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, have pediatric experience, and likes to work with the pediatric population. Preferably the incoming dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is already credentialled with Medi in TX (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Duties:

General Dentistry with a focus on the pediatric population
Develop relationships with Kids/ parents, effectively communicating treatment plans to English speaking parents or having the DA translate for them for Spanish speaking parents
Diagnosis tooth pathology and present treatment options
Perform general dentistry (mainly pediatrics and potentially adults)- SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron
Documentation- timely and accurate
Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
Comply with all ICA guidelines

Requirements:

DDS/DMD degree
Active and unrestricted license in state of TX
3-5 years Pediatric dental experience preferred, and likes to work with the pediatric population
Credentialled with Medi in TX preferred (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Schedule:

Full time

Salary (range):

$260k per year (~ $1k per day for 6 months or better of 30% of production)
