• Manage Team of 8 Hospitalists and 2 APP's
• Full time is 14.75 shifts per month/177 shifts per year
• 7 on/7 off block schedule for continuity of care
• Hospitalist team rotates through fair share of day and night shifts. 2 physicians on during the day, 7:00am-5:00pm and 1 physician on at night 5:00pm-7:00am
• Open ICU with intensivist backup procedures not required but available if desired

Compensation in the mid $300ks including primarily day shifts, time carved out for administrative days. Great opportunity managing a smaller group of clinicians, with excellent pay! Open to new leaders looking to take next step in career.
