**Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units.**
13 weeks
36HPW, 12hr Variable Shifts 0700-1930 & 1900-0730
Variable shifts can change on weekly basis depending on unit needs
EOW. EOH.
No call requirement.
Float requirement: Yes within skill set.
1st time travelers accepted.
Required: 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience, ACLS, and BLS.
Ability to help with Telemetry monitoring is appreciated to cover breaks/meals.
