District Manager – Corporate Dining & Catering (Columbus, OH)
Location: Columbus, OH
Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000 base + annual bonus + equity
Travel: Regional travel required (Ohio with limited Florida travel)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a multi-site corporate dining and catering portfolio based in Columbus, Ohio. This role oversees a growing operation with a mix of corporate dining, executive dining, catering, and conferencing services, and plays a key role in elevating service standards and driving performance across the district.
This is a visible leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator with strong financial acumen, client-facing confidence, and experience leading change in multi-unit environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support 5–6 General Managers and Culinary leaders across Ohio(full-time) and Florida(quarterly visits).
- Own full P&L responsibility for an $18M+ portfolio with growth potential
- Elevate operational standards and consistency across all locations
- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and team development
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting partners to support compliance and performance
- Travel regionally, including limited quarterly travel to Florida
What We’re Looking For
- Senior multi-site leadership experience in corporate dining, executive dining, catering, or hospitality
- Proven ownership of large P&Ls ($15M+)
- Strong change-management and team-development skills
- Comfort leading across geographically dispersed teams
- Client-facing professionalism and executive presence
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to the Columbus, OH market
