Dermatologist needed due to growth in practice. Well-established private Multi-Specialty Group; employed with salary, shifting into productivity with shareholder status.

Compensation : $300000 - $450000 Job ID : 27463
Job Function:
- Incoming to work out 1 practice location.
- Looking for general medical dermatology.
- Group doesn't have laser nor do much cosmetic but willing to get equipment.
- Volume is high and each provider is seeing 20-25 patients a day.
- M-F mostly but if someone wants to do 4-10s they can.
- Call is 1:3 and limited call. Rarely called.
- Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools.
- Value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses.
Job Requirements:
- Must be BE/BC in Dermatology.
- NJ license required.
- Will consider either new grad or experienced provider.
