OT Rate ON W-2: $19.50/hr.

Description:
ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Minimum of 18 months PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA or client BLS & ACLS required. NIH - must obtain prior to start.
- **MUST have Epic experience
- *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
