Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Mobile Equipment Mechanic to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on mobile heavy equipment while maintaining records and ensuring safety and quality standards. The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical manuals/schematics, proficiency with hand and power tools, good communication and teamwork, and successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol, and background checks. Work is outdoors/in industrial settings with variable weather and noise; pay is $25–32/hr plus benefits including retirement, medical, paid leave, and insurance coverages.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Conditions of Employment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
