Urologist Position in AZLocated in Tucson, ArizonaFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice.
- Full-time, employed opportunity
- 5 year contract
- Typical work week schedule: 4 days per week in the clinic and 1 day per week in the OR
- 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient
- Call 7 (24-hour) shifts per month with additional compensation.
- Average 30 patients per clinic day and 510 surgeries per week
Compensation & Benefits: - Range: $390K-450K
- Base Salary + Productivity
- Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
- After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
- Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses
