- End Date: March 3, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2020 - $2070
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue (black bottoms allowed)
- Number of Positions: 3 ICU RN jobs available
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license – Connecticut RN license preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (neuro trauma/neurosurgical ICU experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) required
- Clinical experience with EVDs, lumbar drains, post spine surgery, craniotomy, stroke, trauma, and spinal cord injury patients
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in a 17-bed neuro trauma/neurosurgical ICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition, including neurological assessments and management of EVDs and lumbar drains
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide post-operative care for spine surgery and craniotomy patients
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff
